First PRC of Grand Rapids, MI and the Reformed Witness Hour Committee announce the messages scheduled for June 2016 on the RWH radio program.

Rev. Rodney Kleyn, pastor of Covenant of Grace PRC (Spokane, WA) concludes his four-month service for the RWH program and his special series on the second coming of Christ and the signs that announce it.

You are encouraged to take in these timely messages and to let others know about them too. Help spread the word about the Reformed Witness Hour, celebrating in 2016 its 75th year of broadcasting the truths of God's sovereign, particular grace!

From the Council of SW PRC, the calling church for the mission in Pittsburgh, PA, comes this significant note:

At the May 11, 2016 meeting of Classis East, approval was given to organize the Pittsburgh Protestant Reformed Fellowship as an instituted church.  SW Protestant Reformed Church was instructed to organize this congregation on the behalf of Classis.  With thanksgiving to God, SW Protestant Reformed Church’s Council, as well as the Pittsburgh Protestant Reformed Fellowship, invites you to Pittsburgh on June 24, 2016, at 7 PM, for this organizational service.  Everyone is invited for a time of refreshment and fellowship following the service.

On Sunday, June 12, 2016, it was announced in First PRC of Holland, MI that Rev. Garrett Eriks (Hudsonville, MI) had declined the call the congregation extended to him on May 22, 2016.

May the great Shepherd of the sheep give the grace of contentment to Rev. Eriks and the Holland congregation in this decision.

From the Council's trio of Revs. Allen Brummel (Sioux Falls, SD), Garry Eriks (Hudsonville, MI) and Brian Huizinga (Redlands, CA), the congregation of First PRC of Holland voted on Sunday, May 22, 2016, to call Rev.G. Eriks.

May the Lord shine the clear light of the knowledge of His will on the heart and mind of this servant of His, and give him the grace to follow it.

Following the recent acceptance of the call to serve as second missionary to the Philippines by her previous pastor, Rev. D. Holstege, on Sunday, May 15, 2016 First PRC of Holland, MI announced a trio of Revs. Allen Brummel (Sioux Falls, SD), Gary Eriks (Hudsonville), and Brian Huizinga (Redlands, CA) from which to call a new pastor.

The Council has set Sunday evening, May 22, as the date for the congregational meeting and vote.
